Thom Pancella,  Conference Coordinator	Thom Pancella joined the Missouri Institute of Psychiatry in 1988, and has worked for the Continuing Education Unit in a variety of roles ever since.  He serves the COSP as a meeting planner and on-site support for such events as Face-to-Face sessions, interviewer trainings, and the 2001 retreat.  Be nice to him, or he'll book the Arlington Hilton for the duration.
