The St. Louis Empowerment Center Evaluation

Through in-kind support, the Program in Consumer Studies and Training assisted the St Louis Empowerment Center, a new full service community-based peer support drop-in center for mental health consumers living in St. Louis City, by conducting an evaluation of service satisfaction, outcomes, and utilization. MIMH also helped the Empowerment Center in beginning to develop a management information system for continuous quality improvement of services, reporting, and service monitoring. The St. Louis Empowerment Center opened January 13, 1997 at 1905 S. Grand, St. Louis, MO 63104. They can be reached at (314) 865-2112.
