The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Domestic Violence
subcontracted with Jean Campbell to provide input into the Oklahoma Behavioral Health
Care Report Initiative (1996-1998). Funded under the Mental Health Statistics
Improvement Project, this initiative has conducted focused groups through concept-mapping

institutionalized females with substance abuse problems, and woman receiving services for
family violence as a supplement to the MHSIP Consumer Report Card effort. See The
